Charlotte Harris, a registered nurse and local business owner has been a coach in the Dayton area for the past 18 years. Coach Harris has been one of a handful of women that has coached men’s basketball. Her early beginnings were with The Dayton Airmen’s youth program for 12 years. As opportunities for growth were presented, she coached boys basketball in Dayton Public Schools most notable at Dunbar High School. Coach Harris has significant and successful experience on the AAU circuit by coaching with organizations such as The Dayton Nets and Dayton Airmen. Coach Harris has also coached at prestigious showcases such as Buckeye Prep in Columbus Ohio. Her passion has been fueled by seeing young players develop into strong competitive athletes. She is eager to work with your athlete no matter the skill level to increase confidence, promote mental growth and improve basketball IQ.

Andre Todd Harris Jr. is the Director of Operations for RAWC Athletics. He graduated from Ponitz CTC in Dayton, OH and is currently a senior at Liberty University studying sports management. He is passionate about sports and seeing student athletes excel through training and development. He coached AAU basketball for the Dayton Nets for 8 years and helped develop multiple athletes that were able to go to the next level. He loves the game of basketball and everything it offers on and off the court and through RAWC he will maximize athletes’ skills and raise their game IQ.

Wesley
Wesley Harris, middle child of 4, is a 2019 Kent State graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. He has been playing competitive basketball since the 2nd grade with countless years of travel, showcase, and camp basketball experience. Wesley attended Ponitz High School where as a sophomore was named to the All City Team in one of the toughest conferences in the state. He went on to play 2 years starting Point Guard for a JUCO in Lorain, OH before transferring to Kent State University and obtaining his degree.
